3DL Facilitator Spotlight: Hope Gold

Hope is offering:Connecting w/ Spirit Guides & Angels:

Learn about how our guides and angels actively work with us on our soul paths, and how you can connect with them personally for daily support. We will discuss the vibrational essence of guides and angels, and how they individually send messages to us through signs and synchronicities. Attendees will participate in a meditation to reach their guides/angels and begin communicating with them.

Energy Healing and You:

What does it mean to be a channel for spirit? How can we all access the divine in order to heal ourselves and others? What IS energy after all? Learn about energy flow, energy centers in the body (chakras), how to activate it for yourself, and utilizing your intuition to nurture your own physical structure. We will work with energy flow together utilizing simple techniques such as channeling and/or Reiki that help participants tap into their own natural, divine abilities in this area.

Meet Hope Gold: I am a certified holistic life coach and intuitive. Several years ago, one of my best friends passed away.

As part of my grief process, I found that my intuition suddenly lit up and started changing my life. Having been on the path to coaching and teaching for a while, I realized I was being "led" to use this gift with my healing work.

I do so by working with clients to nurture their body, mind, and spirit connection through customized sessions that focus on personal life themes and client-determined “growing edges.”

I utilize a variety of techniques in my approach, combining modalities to support the individual client in his or her journey.

A certified teacher with a BA and MA in history and education, I have decades of experience in teaching all ages- preschool through adult- and in creating and administering educational programs.

I worked as a religious education director in the Unitarian Universalist Church for six years, creating and implementing a variety of spiritually focused programs, as well as a Vision Quest experience for teens in nature.

I also served as a Peace Corps volunteer from 1996-1998 in Macedonia. During that time, I was a teacher trainer in contemporary classroom management skills, methodologies and pedagogy.

That cross cultural experience and community service background informs and enriches my unique ability to relate to myriad clients.

Most recently, I was a Philosophy 105 instructor with the University of Phoenix, where I relished being continually enlightened and challenged by my students through the processing of existential questions on a daily basis.

In conjunction with coaching and teaching, I am also the author of One Mountain: Bridging Paths of Psycho-spiritual Growth and Ascension and Medicine for the Heart: Musings on Love and Self-Empowerment.

The former outlines my personal journey through self-help literature, therapy, and spiritual growth. It bridges the worlds of psychological understanding with the fascinating process of intuitive development. The latter is a series of articles on loving oneself through balance and healthy partnerships, anchored in spiritual values.
