Workshops Description: The Awareness of Self Creation - A process of Realization
In this workshop we explore Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP teaches that our mind-body (neuro) and what we say (language) all interact together to form our perceptions of the world, or programming) and how to utilize this knowledge to identify old core beliefs replacing them with new ones suited to our ideal lives.
There will be written exercises throughout the workshop, please bring a journal/notebook/paper and something to write with.
Meet Jose Pina:
Jose Pina is a Reiki practioner, yoga instructor and sound healer. He shares sound healing (didgeridoo, flute, drums, singing bowls), guided meditations and yoga at multiple locations including nursing homes.
His drive has been sharing all of the practices that have brought him freedom and expression in his life, through service he has found his purpose.
