Facilitator Spotlight: Audra Aditi Ho'oponopono (Practice of Forgiveness)
Workshops Description: Ho'oponopono (Practice of Forgiveness)
Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation.
Rooted in the ancient shamanic Huna tradition, Ho’oponopono is used to reconcile transgressions known and unknown on behalf of ourselves and others.
Recognizing that we are all connected allows us the opportunity to bring healing to situations even when we do not seem to be directly involved. When practiced at a deeply interconnected level, Ho’oponopono can help to clear and transmute feelings of guilt and animosity on a Universal level across all time, space, and dimensions.
We will explore various ways to practice the Ho’oponopono ritual in small groups or partnerships as well as on one’s own. Exercises will include tantric eye gazing, non-violent communication, chanting or singing, and self-guided meditation.
United in love and forgiveness we will come together to heal the world as we share in this ancient practice.
